    *Flour, white, 3 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Yeast, bakers, 1 pkg
    Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Yellow Cornmeal, 2 tbsp
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Pepperoni, 35 slice (1-3/8" dia x 1/8" thick)
    Black Olives, 5 jumbo
    Mushrooms, fresh, 3 medium
    Artichokes 3-4 hearts
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1.5 cup, shredded


Add luke warm water to yeast and left proof. Add flour, salt, sugar and oil. Knead until dough is formed. Let stand for 20 minutes. Roll into square. Spray cookie sheet with oil and sprinkle with cornmeal. Place rolled out dough on sheet. Spread tomato sauce on dough. Sprinkle with all spices. Put a light layer of cheese. Add all chopped vegetables and then layer with pepperoni. Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top. Bake 25 min at 350 degrees.
Makes 20 square slices.
