    2 lbs pork loin chops
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 cup onoin chopped
    2 tsp chopped garlic
    dried oregano, celery salt and pepper to taste


Trim excess fat from chops. Mix together the soup and the broth. Place half of the chops in a crock pot. Top with half of the spices and half of the soup/broth mix. Gently place the rest of the chops in the pot and top with the rest of the spices and soup/broth mix. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Makes 8 servings.
