Ingredients

    6 4-ounce mahi-mahi fillets
    12 ounces pineapple juice
    3 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
    cup lime juice
    3 tablespoons ponzu sauce



Directions

Place the fillets in a 6-quart slow cooker. Top with the remaining ingredients. Cook on low 5 hours or until the fish is fully cooked. Remove the fillets and discard the cooking liquid.
