    Non-Stick cooking spray
    1 c. green beans, cut in bite-sized pieces
    1 Tbsp white onion, diced
    2 Tbsp banana peppers, sliced into rings
    2 Tbsp water
    1/4 c. grape tomatoes, halved
    2 Tbsp fat-free Italian dressing


1. Spray pan with cooking spray and heat to medium.

2. Add beans, onions, banana peppers and water and cook for 2-4 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

3. Pour veggies into a bowl, add dressing and toss. Serve warm.
