    400 g beef steak or lean cut of beef, chopped into bite size pieces
    3 cloves of garlic, chopped
    1 med onion, chopped
    1 T fresh rosemary, chopped
    2 carrots, chopped into pieces a bit bigger than bite size
    2 glasses red wine
    1 glass of chicken stock (homemade is best!)
    salt and pepper to taste


Place garlic, onion and carrots on the bottom of the crockpot. Sprinkle the rosemary and salt and pepper over vege. Put meat evenly on top of this and then pour in your liquids. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Note: I put enough liquids to make a gravy out of the liquid at the end but haven't included this so if you like a thicker gravy you might like to do this and add it (and any other vege you add for serving) to your daily planner!!

Serving Size: Makes dinner for two and 1 lunch the next day!
