    4 c freshly ground wheat flour (I use soft white)
    1/2 c fructose or other sweetner
    4 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    3 c milk
    4 eggs beaten
    1/2 c olive oil


Mix all ingredients together and drop into hot griddle or fry pan. Cook 2 minutes on either side.

Serving Size: Makes about 12 8 inch pancakes
