Introduction

I'm not much of a baker, but this one even I haven't been able to flop. It's always light & moist. I'm not much of a baker, but this one even I haven't been able to flop. It's always light & moist.

Ingredients

    2 Cups Flour
    3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
    1 ½ Cups Sugar
    ½ Teaspoon Salt
    125ml Cacao
    1 ½ Cup Oil / Margarine
    2 ½ Cups Milk
    ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
    3 Eggs

Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients. Then mix all the wet ingredients. Add these to dry ingredients & mix well. Place in cake pan & bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 45 - 60 minutes.
