    4 eggs
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. Truvia
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    fruit from 2 cans of pears


Whip together all ingredients but the fruit. Place fruit in a baking pan sprayed with Pam. Pour batter over fruit. Bake 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees.
