    Banana, fresh, 2 medium
    Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, whole, stems removed
    Egg substitute, (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
    Egg white, 5 servings
    carnation 2% canned milk, 1 can
    *Land O Lakes Fat Free Ultra-Pasteurized Half & Half, 1 qt
    Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp
    *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1/2 C (I would suggest another 1/4 to 1/2)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup


combine bananas, strawberries and milk in a blender. Blend till mixed. Add eggs, and canned milk, and splenda blend, stir. Pour into ice cream freezer. Add half and half. (should be at fill line on a 4 qt freezer)
Freeze as directed.
