Number of Servings: 6


    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Onion powder, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Lemon Juice, 1 mL
    Lime Juice, 1 mL
    Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 serving
    La Victoria Thick'n Chunky Salsa Verde Medium, 30 tbsp


Spray crock pot with non-stick spray - place steak in bottom of pot. Pour water in pot, sprinkle with seasonings listed then spritz with juices and sauces listed. Last step of morning prep is to drain the beans and pour in. Cover and set on Low.

Just prior to serving boil pasta per instructions on box. Drain pasta and pour in Salsa Verde. Wizz up the beef with an electric mixer and add to the pasta pot along with the green beans but no liquid.
