    frozen or fresh broccoli and cauliflower (any mixture of the two or just one)
    0.5 tbsp butter
    0.5 tbsp flour
    0.5 cup milk
    0.5 cup part skim mozzarella


Prepare broccoli and cauliflower as normally would (boil in hot water until done). Do not over cook.
In pot melt 0.5 tbsp of butter and add 0.5 tbsp flour. Mix well. Add milk slowly to create a smooth cream.
Pour broccoli and cauliflower into baking dish. Pour cream over the vegetables.
Finish with some mozzarella on top.
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until mixture has settled and cheese browned.
Makes 6 1-cup servings.
