Ingredients

    450 grams Dates
    138 " ground/chopped Cashews (about 1 cup)
    1/2 cup Craisins
    3 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
    2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
    2 Tbsp Hemp seeds
    2 Tbsp Salba seeds

Directions

put cashews in food processor and chop fairly fine (put aside)

Process dates until cut well... add a few Tbsp water to soften them up if they are too hard. Then add all the rest and mix well.

Put on cellophane - some on top too and press into about a small toaster oven size tray (what I use)

measure it later

Put in fridge to harden before cutting .. or can roll into balls
