Number of Servings: 2


    One egg
    - 1/4 cup,Almond meal or flour ( can use another variety of low carb meals/flours if preferred)
    1 tbsp Coconut Oil,
    1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground,
    1 scoop Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla, (can use any flavor)
    1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
    *1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie spice
    1 teaspoon Splenda,
    1 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 1 oz
    1 tablespoon Heavy Whipping Cream


All all ingredients to a large coffee mug. Mix well.
Should be the constituency of a cake batter.
Microwave on high for two minutes ( less depending on your microwave wattage)

Remove from mug and slice into four large slices ( skinny slices if you want more services for later)

You can use butter, cream cheese, sf jam, pumpkin, low carb peanut butter) Very versatile and can be used in a multitude of ways. You can adjust spices to make it savory instead of sweet. I'm sure you could even make it in larger batches to serve more people.
