    *Coconut Milk, 2 cup
    Chia seeds, dried, 2 oz
    *Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber 1/2 packet, 4 serving


Add chia seeds and stevia to coconut milk in conainter with lid (I use mason jar) Shake jar, making sure all chia seeds get coated. Let sit at room temp for about 5 minutes. Shake again and refigerate. Chia seeds will expand and make gel-like consistency, like tapoica. Can add cocoa powder and little more stevia to make chocolate. Yum!
