    Brown 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef with taco seasoning. Let cool. Mix cream cheese and sour cream (1 c. each) with 1 tsp. chili powder. Spread in 9 x 13 and layer cooled beef on top, follow with lettuce 1 c. salsa and 1 c. cheese. Optional ingredients - black beans, minced onions, black olives, guacamole.
