Perfect for left over turkey. Perfect for left over turkey.

    Turkey (dark meat), 2 cup, chopped or diced
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Potato, raw, 2 cup diced
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup
    Milk, 2%, .50 cup


Mix egg, bisquick and milk together and place to the side.

Mix turkey, vegetables and cream of chicken soup together and put in an 8x8 pan. Pour bisquick mix over top. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
