Ingredients

    Lentils, 314 grams (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Celery, cooked, 1.5 cup, diced (remove)
    Carrots, cooked, 2 carrot (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    3 cups of water

Directions

Warm oil in sauce pan and add garlic, celery, carrots and onion until veggies are partially cooked. Add 3 cups of water and lentils. Add cumin, crushed red pepper and oregano, salt & pepper to taste.
