    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 packet of chili mix
    2 cans of kidney beans, dark red preferably
    2 cans of pinto beans
    2 cans of diced chopped tomatoes, with green chiles or jalapenos


Brown ground beef in nonstick skillet. Once browned, drain fat and add onions. When onions are tender, add meat mixture to a pot with beans and chili mix. Let simmer for 30 minutes.

Can also put cooked meat and all other ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on low about 4-5 hours.
