    2.5 c. (1 can) each Bush's Reduced Sodium Garbanzo, Pinto, & Black beans, drained and rinsed
    2 c. red onion, diced
    1 lemon
    3 T honey
    3 T basalmic vinegar
    4 tsp olive oil
    2 tsp garlic
    1 dash finely ground sea salt


Whisk honey, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, dash salt, and juice of 1 lemon in a bowl. Add drained and rinsed beans and onions; stir together. Serve chilled. Makes a yummy, high protein, high fiber "salad." I like to make this to pack in my lunches to bring to work!

Serving Size: Makes 9 1-cup servings
