    zucchini, diced fine
    onion, diced fine
    garlic, minced
    red peppers (jarred), diced fine
    tomato sauce
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    2 large green peppers, halved and seeded


Cook at 350 for 40 minutes or until done.
