Ingredients

    1/4 c each of Frozen strawberries, blackberries and blueberries.
    1 med banana
    1 scoop of Jillian Michael's Choc Whey Protien
    1 c Welches 100% Juice (I used the pom. juice)

Directions

put it all in a blender pulse to get the berries to break down a bit, then 30 seconds on low and 45 seconds on high.

Pour into a 20 oz glass or bigger and enjoy.

Serving Size: 1-20 oz shake
