Number of Servings: 6


    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    Milk, 1%, .5 cup
    Lemon Juice, .0625 cup
    Thyme, fresh, 3 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Chicken Thigh, 6 thigh, bone and skin removed
    4C Breadcrumbs, Panko Plain, 1 cup
    Olive oil, 2 tsp


Mix milk and lemon juice and set aside for 5 minutes. Mix panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and thyme in a separate dish. Dip chicken thighs in milk mixture and then in crumb mixture. Coat baking pan with olive oil. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes, turn and bake for 20 more minutes or until cooked through.
