Number of Servings: 6


    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unit
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Beans, black, 1 cup
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving (1 can)


Force thaw (mostly) the chicken breasts. Cut into smallish pieces once most of the way thawed, it's easier this way. Place in bowl or on a plate and set aside.

Boil water and cook rice.

When rice is almost done, heat wok and then add oil. Drop in your garlic (minced) followed by your chicken. Cook the chicken thru. Add the beans and corn; continue heating until everything is warmed sufficiently. Last but not least, stir in your rice and cream of chicken soup and your tomatoes.
