    vanilla pod, cream cheese, lemon, lemon balm, strawberry, splenda, oats



1. Crush oats in blender
2. Melt Flora and mix with crushed oats
3. Press into cake dish

1. Mix Philadelphia, quark, lemon juice, vanilla pod, splenda in a bowl using a whisk until creamy and smooth
2. Finely chop 2 tablespoons of lemon balm and stir into cheese mixture
3. Scrape cheese on top of crust
4. Put cake tin in a baking dish full of water and place in oven
5.Cook for upto 55 minutes
6. Leave to cool for an hour

Optional topping
7. Top with strawberries and garnish with a sprig of lemon balm
