    * Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 1 tbsp
    * *Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu (Whole Package), 1 serving
    * Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    * Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 2 tbsp
    * *Aldi Minced Garlic, 2 tsp


Add almond butter, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic to a bowl.

Microwave for 30 seconds and stir to combine

Cut tofu into desired size (1/5 of the block is 1 serving)

Marinate tofu in sauce for approximately 1 hour (longer is better)

Bake tofu for 30 minutes at 375, turning once
