    4 eggs
    1/2 c sugar
    1 c Splenda
    1/2 c canola oil
    1/2 c unsweetened apple sauce
    1-15 oz can pure pumpkin
    1 c all-purpose flour
    1 c whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp salt


1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 13X10-in baking pan with PAM.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, Splenda, oil, apple sauce & pumpkin at medium speed with an electic mixer until light and fluffy.
3. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to pumpkin mixture and beat at low speed with an electric mixer until thoroughly combined and batter is smooth.
4. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool, then cut into 36 bars. If desired, can be frosted before cutting.
