    1 whole wheat flour tortilla

    2 Tablespoons of Spicy Black Bean Dip
    ( I use Guiltless Gourmet brand)

    1/4 Ripe Avocado, a little firm cut into cubes or slices

    1 cup or less of alfalfa sprouts


just slather the bean dip onto the whole wheat tortilla, spread the avocado over that and then pile high with sprouts ( you can use shredded lettuce if you haven't any sprouts)
Just roll up and enjoy. It is very tasty and very satisfying, There is carb in the tortilla, protien in the bean and fat in the avocado. Its well balanced and is good for you.
