    3 (6 oz each) Gold N Plump boneless skinless split chicken breasts
    1/4 t salt, divided
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 T Land O Lakes, Whipped Light Butter
    4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    4 Hot Cherry Peppers, halved and seeded
    1/2 cup Organic Chicken Broth Low Sodium
    1/2 T Breadcrumbs
    1.5 T Fresh Parsley, chopped


Sprinkle chicken with 1/8 t salt and then dredge chicken in flour
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat
Add chicken and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until browned
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds
Add peppers and cook for 30 seconds
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer about 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
Stir in breadcrumbs and cook until liquid thickens (about 1 minute)
Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley
