    1/3 cup oats dry
    1/3 cup cottage cheese
    1/3 cup egg whites
    1/2 tsp baking powder

    for sweet:
    sweetener of choice
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

    For savory:
    salt, pepper, etc


mix all ingredients in blender. Pour onto a hot greased griddle and cook like normal pancakes
