    Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Red Potato, 200 grams (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 3 small (5-1/2" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 slice, medium (1/8" thick) (remove)
    Sweet peppers (bell), 0.5 small (remove)
    2 cups water


combine ingredients in a pot, and spices of choice (I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red chili flakes) bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for an hour. Let cool, enjoy :)
