Introduction

What a fresh clean taste each bite gives you! The lemon juice and cilantro does that! The jalapeno pepper gives it some heat! This doesn't make you feel guilty after eating too! Ingredients

    I love eating this with toasted Whole Wheat Bread! I personally love loading up the lettuce and onions to make my veggies count! I am not full but most satisfied after having this!

Directions

In a big bowl add ground turkey.

Then add lemon juice, ground walnuts, cilantro, diced bell peppers and jalapeno.

I add pepper to my mixture but it's a personal choice.

MIX everything up and begin to make patties.

Add to a skillet on medium high. The turkey cooks fast so watch not to burn, turn down lower if desired. Cover with a lid and flip when needed.

I toast whole wheat bread and add mustard. I dress mine with LOTS OF PICKLES, lettuce, onions, and one slice of tomato...I imagine avocado would taste amazing on this as well!
