    8 oz chicken breast, cubed
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 10 oz can diced tomatoes w/ chilis
    1/2 7 oz can diced chilis
    1 cup salsa - your preference
    1/4 tsp oregano
    1/8 tsp cumin
    1 15 oz can kidney beans, drained

    Cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced onions


Heat oil in 2 qt saucepan. Saute chicken until nearly cooked through. Add tomatoes, chilis, salsa, and seasonings to taste (amount needed will depend on salsa choice.) Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add kidney beans, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 5 minutes more.

Top with sour cream, cheddar cheese and diced onions.
