    1 box (16oz) of Angel Food
    2/3 cup of Hershey's Cocoa Natural unsweetened
    11/4 cups of water


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cake mix , cocoa, and 11/4 cups water in large glass or metal bowl at low speed until moistened. Beat with mixer on medium speed for 1 minute. Do not overbeat; batter may be thin. Pour batter into muffin cups (2/3 full). Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Cool on wire rack. Serve with fruit and whipped cream, if desired. Not included in nutritional value.

    These were kind of disappointing...they didn't raise like they should have and they were not very sweet, tasted slightly bitter. - 6/23/08
