Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 oz 93% lean ground beef (browned and drained)
    6 oz lean ground turkey or chicken (browned and drained)
    14.5 oz can of Low sodium Kidney beans (drained)
    2- 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes with green chiles
    14.5 oz can of low sodium pinto beans
    14.5 oz can of low sodium black beans
    dash of crushed red peppers
    3 Tbs of Chili Powder
    2 Tsp of garlic powder


Directions

Toss it all in the crock pot and cook on low for 2 hours or until heated through

Serving Size: makes 8 1.5 cup servings.
