    200 grams Baby New Potatoes (about 4 potatoes), halved
    1 glove garlic, minced
    2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
    1/2 cup milk
    2 tablespoons flax seed meal


1. Boil potatoes until a fork can be easily inserted into potatoes (about 12 minutes).

2. Drain potatoes and roughly mash with a fork. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until warm and desired thickness is achieved.
