Introduction

A real crowd pleaser! A real crowd pleaser!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    2 14 oz cans chopped tomatoes
    I package fresh mushrooms
    2 medium onions chopped
    2 10 oz cans red kidney beans rinsed and drained
    2 10 oz cans brown beans
    1 package chili seasoning (or your favourite combination)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown the ground beef and onions in a large skillet. Add the mushrooms. Pour off any grease. Place the ground beef, onions and mushrooms into a large pot. Add the kidney beans, brown beans and seasonings. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with a fresh green salad.
Makes 16 servings.
