Ingredients

Cheddar Cheese, 4 cup, shredded
*Meijer 1/3 less fat than cream cheese Neufchatel Cheese, 16 oz
*worchestire sauce, 2 serving
(lemon juice, 2 tsp
Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped)
Directions
Combine all ingredients and beat in a heavy mixture until desired texture. Chill till firm. Make a ball and roll in crushed pecans if desired. (This will add extra calories)
Serve with crackers.
