    Oatmeal, raw, 0.5 cup
    Egg white, fresh, 3 large
    Cinnamon, ground, 0.50 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp


Whisk ingredients together using a fork.

Cook like a pancake over medium heat and flip when edges begin to cook.

Experiment by adding a variety of ingredients:

Walnuts and Golden Raisins
Walnuts and Bananas
Peanut Butter and Bananas
Fresh or Frozen Blueberries, Strawberries, Cherries...
Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder
Chocolate Protein Powder and Peanut Butter
Pumpkin and Pecans

When adding additional ingredients, I often will only use .25 cup of raw oatmeal.

Top with desired option: honey, agave, a sprinkle of sugar, pureed berries, fresh berries, syrup
