Number of Servings: 12


    2 cups diced and boiled potatos
    1/8 cup 2% milk
    2 tbls Parkay light
    1/4 cup flour
    2 cups Zucchini shredded
    1/3 cup shredded parmasan
    1 medium egg
    garlic powder


Boil and mash the potatos add remaining ingredients mix well.
Spray a cupcake pan and dived equally into 12. Bake at 425 til starting to turn brown on top. About 10 minutes.
