Ingredients

    Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw, 1 head, sliced/chopped
    sweet raw onion, .5 cup chopped
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 cup, hulled
    Almonds, .25 cup, sliced
    *Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup
    John Soules Foods - Chicken Fajita Strips, 6 servings
    *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp
    2 Ramen noodles, no seasoning packet
    dressing
    Olive Oil, .25 cup
    *apple cider vinegar, .25 cup
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1/4 C
    1/2 pkt seasoning from ramen

Directions

roast the sunflower seeds, either in a 350 oven for 20 minutes or in a fry pan on the stove till browned. cool.
Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. In a small measuring cup, combine all salad dressing ingredients, blend. Pour over salad and mix well. There will be just enough dressing. If you like lots of dressing, you'll want to double it.
