Introduction

Ingredients

    La Tortilla Factory Corn and Wheat tortilla, 2
    Ham (or turkey) 1 slice
    Your choice of cheese
    Refried Beans, .5 cup

Directions

Be sure to heat up a pan for the tortillas.

Pop in refried beans (assuming they have been pre-made) into the microwave with your choice of cheese sprinkled over it. Leave it in for about 30 seconds or until cheese is fully melted.

While the beans are cooking, heat up one tortilla on both sides and place it on a plate. By the time you are done cooking the tortilla, the beans should be ready so (without mixing the cheese) place the beans onto the tortilla and press to spread easily. Then put your choice of sandwich meat over the beans. Continue with cooking the other tortilla and place it on top of the meat. You may sprinkle more cheese on top of the sandwich and cook it in the microwave for 10 seconds or until fully melted. Cut the sandwich in 4 equal pieces.
