    8 ounces mushroom caps
    2 cups chicken stock
    cup water
    Salt and pepper to taste
    cup curry powder
    1 tablespoon thyme
    1 tablespoon basil
    1 tablespoon oregano
    1 tablespoon garlic powder


In a large pot, combine chicken stock, water and seasonings.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Add mushroom caps and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
