Ingredients

    1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1 tablespoon oat flour
    1 tablespoon brown rice flour
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 packets splenda

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a blender container, pulse or blend until smooth. Fry on a nonstick griddle or bake in a waffle iron approx. 4 minutes. One serving.
