    6 Bell Peppers
    1.5 lbs Ground beef, lean,
    1 C Trader Joe's Rice Medley
    1 C Brown rice (cooked)
    1 C Onions, raw, chopped
    1 Onions, raw, 1 medium (chopped)
    0.5 C Celery, raw, diced
    0.5 C Spinach, frozen
    2 T. Hot Pepper Sauce
    1 T. Trader Joe's - Taco Seasoning Mix
    2 Tomato Red Ripe Raw Whole Medium
    1.5 C. Trader Joe's Salsa Verde
    1 t. Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce


Preheat oven to 375
Split and clean peppers.
Microwave onions and celery until tender.
Mix seasoning, ground beef, spinach, onions, and celery.
Fill peppers with meat mixture and place in a baking pan.
Mis tomatos, chili verde and hot sauce. Pour over peppers.
Bake for 40-45 mins.
