Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1 banana
    1 cup 1% milk (or skim for slightly less fat!)
    1 tbsp flaxseed
    1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I use GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein)

Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender and serve
