    2 Reduced Fat graham cracker crust
    24 ounce Low Fat cream cheese
    1 cup Splenda sugar blend
    1/4 cup light brown sugar Splenda blend
    2 large eggs
    15 ounce LIBBY'S Pumpkin puree
    2/3 cup Evaporated Milk - lowfat
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
    2 cups sour cream - fat free
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350

For filling beat creamcheese, granulated sugar and brown sugar in a LARGE mixing bowl until fluffy. Beat in eggs, pupkin, and evaporated milk. Add cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg; beat well and pour into crust

BAKE for 55 to 60 minutes or until edge is set but center still moves slightly

Combine sourcream granulated sugar and vanilla extract in a small bowl and mix well Spread over surface of the warm cheesecake and Bake for 5 minutes. Cool on wire rack and refrigerate for several hours before serving!
