    Extra lean Ground beef, 500g
    1/2 Onion, finely chopped
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1 tbsp olive oil


Mix beef, onion, garlic, any spices and eggs together by hand, and form balls.

Set a large pot of water to boil, and when boiling, add balls and cook for 8 minutes. Take out of pot and brown in a pan with olive oil. Makes 4 servings. (40 meatballs)
