    3 cups of wheat flour
    1 packet of yeast
    1 Tbs of sugar
    vegetable of choice
    1 Tbs of olive oil


Mix yeast with sugar until dissolve
Let yeast sit for about 5 mintues until foamy and bubbles appear if no bubbles toss and re do
add yeast mix to the flour, salt, and oil
if using a stand mix with dough attached let it go for 5 mintues
if doing it by hand knead dough for about 10-15 mintues until the dough is shiny
after kneading the dough place in a oiled bowl covered with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel for about an hour and an half--- if using rapid raise yeast about 45 mintues
once this is done the dough has double in size.
punch out all the air. this is enough dough for two large pizza
