Ingredients

    Bars
    1 box (15.3 oz) Betty Crocker® Fiber One™ banana nut muffin mix
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
    1/2 cup water
    1 tablespoon apple sauce
    2 eggs
    Topping
    4 (3 oz) laughing cow light swiss, softened
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon milk
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1.Heat oven to 400°F. Spray bottom only of 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir muffin mix, pumpkin, water, apple sauce and eggs just until blended (batter may be lumpy). Spread in pan.
2 Bake 17 to 21 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
3 In small bowl, mix cheese, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth; drizzle over bars.
