Ingredients

    2 Cups of uncooked Oatmeal Old Fashion best
    2 Packets of stevia or more to taste
    1 tsp Baking soda
    1 tsp Baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt optional
    3 eggs (Use Egg Starter 1/3 Cup for 1 egg best to use)
    3 frozen bananas (if not frozen use very ripe ones)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 C walnuts Optional

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Using glass pan lower heat to 325.
Mix all dry ingredients first in a blender or food processor. Mix until mixture is very smooth. Mix in a bowl wet ingredients. Pour into blender or processor and mix all ingredients well. Pour it into a loaf pan that has been greased. Bake 45 min. or until toothpick can be inserted and removed clean.
